With years of experience, we offer our clients the options of a turnkey service or customized solutions to your building project's needs. Generally, our process operates as follows:

  • Step 1

    Consult

    Lone Star will consult with you via an interview or more casual conversation to determine your end goals for the property. We will establish whether you have already completed a survey and inquire if you are working with a topographic or geotechnical engineer.

  • Step 2

    Enlist

    Have you enlisted the help of an architect? If so, we can collaborate with them to ensure your needs are fully met. If not, we will prepare a proposal for your consideration in hiring us to cover your architectural requirements.

  • Step 3

    Partner

    After we exchange contracts, we will reach out to the topographic and geotechnical engineers to complete a site plan.

  • Step 4

    Achieve Plan

    Once this plan is approved by you, we will manage its execution according to the set budget. We will involve the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to formulate the building plans.

  • Step 5

    Permit

    Once we have the civil, structural, and architectural blueprints, we will proceed to obtain the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.

  • Step 6

    Construct

    Lone Star EPC has completed the engineering phase of the process! In the next phase, you will hire contractor(s). We also offer ancillary services such as Owner's Advocate and Construction Consulting.
